Please be familiar with Stars and Echoes of the Lost World (gala concert programme). Kindly also practice all the other songs that are needed for Shenzhen tour.

*plz note that non-tour people still need to come back for the regular rehearsal!

The following attachment is the standing arrangement of Stay in Time for Shenzhen Tour.
Please pay attention to the changes of your position(esp. Section C to E), which may be DIFFERENT from where you stand in tour to Portugal. 
Please refer to the dance note given previously and revise the dance steps on your own!

Please hand in your personal photo and 健康申報表 for Shenzhen tour if you still haven't.

You may start returning your 飛龍服. You may refer to the last post for more details.
Deadline for returning the costume is 19/8(Fri).

Please note that our programme for Gala Concert is Stars and Echoes of the Lost World. Please memorise the two songs and be familiar with the movements.
Also we will be performing on 11/9 (Sun), which means the last rehearsal is 9/9 (Fri). You now have more than one month to arrange your schedule. The RULE is if you're not coming for last rehearsal you CANNOT perform.

WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY ABSENT/ LATE SLIP THAT CANNOT BE HANDED IN. Don't just bring out your phone and show a photo, this is not acceptable.

If you have any inquiries, feel free to ask class committee! 


Please note that My Lunch, 崴薩囉, and dance steps of Stay in Time are NOT required in the first audition. 
You may phone HKCC to book rooms for group practices. 
Please inform class committee if you need to be late/early leave on 19/8 for audition.

Kindly continue practicing all songs and dance steps for gala concert and Shenzhen tour.

You may start returning your 飛龍服. Pls put it in a plastic bag and FIRMLY stick a memo on the bag, stating 'Concert Choir+ your Chinese name + colour of costume + size of costume (+if your costume needs to be repaired/ is already repaired'
Eg. Concert Choir 洪嘉禧 紫M 已(/需要)修補褲
Make sure you DRY WASH your costume before returning.
Deadline for returning the costume is 19/8(Fri).

Please be reminded that if you are quitting HKCC,  you should give classcom a 2 week notice before your last lesson. 

Ending of the tour does not mean ending of the year, we still have a very long journey to walk side by side (':Hope everyone have had enough rest!
